Sushi Akashi - 鮨灯

Sushi Akashi is a small family-run Japanese sushi shop in an alley near the Pink Church and Tan Dinh Church in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves salmon nigiri, salmon maki, inari, and egg gunkan, with sushi that uses less rice and more filling. Walk-ins without a reservation are easy, and the host speaks good English. Food comes out slowly during peak hours.
