Secret Garden Restaurant is a Vietnamese home-style restaurant on the top floor of an old building next to the Ho Chi Minh City Hall. Groups order several Vietnamese home-style dishes to share, and in the evening beef dishes and fried items are served alongside the rooftop night view. From the entrance inside the alley, guests climb four to five floors of stairs with no elevator, and a dinner reservation reduces the wait. Daytime meals have no air conditioning and are hot.
