Sanseong Siknyukjeom

Sanseong Siknyukjeom is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves nuruk-fermented pork. The menu includes nuruk pork collar and bibimbap cooked on a hot stone plate, along with house-made nuruk salt and gijang seaweed salt. Staff grill the meat from start to finish and serve it with wasabi, miso, ssamjang, and nuruk salt. There is no corkage fee.
