Roka Fella

Roka Fella serves omakase and à la carte Japanese dishes near the halal goods market in Ho Chi Minh City. It uses Hokkaido uni, black abalone simmered for 10 hours, and black truffle, and serves chirashizushi in a tiered box. The first floor holds the omakase space, while the second floor has a cocktail bar and à la carte menu, and omakase must be timed for 6 p.m. Omakase is expensive.
