Phở Phú Vương

Phở Phú Vương is a beef pho shop in Ho Chi Minh where you choose between brisket, tendon, and raw beef. The regular bowl comes with two cuts and the large with three, served in a strong broth with bean sprouts and herbs. The menu is written only in Vietnamese, but you can order from the food pictures on the wall, and the pho arrives right away. The regular portion is on the small side.
