Phở Mong

Phở Mong is a pho restaurant in District 4, Ho Chi Minh, serving beef pho and chicken pho. The brisket and special bowls use the same broth and differ only in toppings, and diners add cilantro, mint, lime, and chili sauce to taste. It is open 24 hours, so outdoor tables are available at 2 a.m., and chopsticks and spoons come individually wrapped. Anyone who does not eat cilantro has to ask for it to be left out when ordering.
