Omakase Tiger – The Penthouse is a sushi omakase restaurant in Ho Chi Minh run by a Japanese chef. The course moves from one appetizer straight into sushi without sashimi, and the sauces placed on top are its defining feature. Seatings are by reservation at 5, 7, and 9 p.m., with up to eight people per slot. The balance between the shari and the sauces is uneven, and some sauces mask the taste of the raw fish.
