Mombosin is a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves Korean dishes including galbitang, seolleongtang, and samgyeopsal. The galbitang contains large ribs and a generous amount of meat, and the samgyeopsal is grilled and served with rice and jjigae. About 10 side dishes are provided and refilled, and groups of a certain size can use a room with a reservation. The second floor has no windows and no ventilation, so it is dark and smells of stale air.
