Mềm

Mềm is a small restaurant in an alley near Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City that serves soft, chewy soi with pork toppings. Its main items are soi mix, braised pork with sticky rice, and tofu pudding with jasmine syrup, along with cucumber salad. Free tea is provided, the space is quiet and cool, and food comes out quickly. It is hard to find at first because it sits inside an alley, and the pork in the soi is salty and slightly dry.
