La Brasserie Restaurant

La Brasserie is a seafood buffet with unlimited lobster at Hotel Nikko Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. Lobster is ordered at the table and grilled with butter, garlic butter, cheese, or Singapore sauce. Reservations allow entry without waiting, and a reservation is cancelled if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. Wine and beer are also unlimited, and the lobster is refrozen and reheated, which makes it tough, with orders sometimes missed.
