Katsuya Thao Dien

Katsuya in Thao Dien serves Japanese-style tonkatsu, curry, and udon. The cheese katsu contains both mozzarella and cheddar, and there are also chili garlic and curry sauce tonkatsu. The bread for the tonkatsu panko is made in-house, and customers grind sesame seeds to finish the sauce. Gochujang pickles are served alongside to cut the richness, and children eat the udon and cheese katsu well.
