Ittou Ramen Lê Thánh Tôn is a Japanese ramen shop in Ho Chi Minh that serves tonkotsu ramen and tsukemen. The tonkotsu ramen uses a creamy, rich broth with thin, chewy Hakata-style noodles, and the mazesoba comes with several toppings. Besides mazesoba and tsukemen, the shop offers spicy shrimp ramen and shrimp wonton. The broth and the tsukemen sauce are on the salty side.
