Genki Sushi - Saigon Centre is a restaurant on the fifth floor of Saigon Centre that serves sushi, sashimi, and udon. Orders for salmon sushi, salmon belly, beef sushi, maki, nigiri, and salads are placed by QR code, and a mini train brings them to the table. The train seating is only part of the restaurant, and staff bring food to the remaining tables. On weekends and at peak hours, the wait for train seats runs 30 to 45 minutes.
