Gartenstadt Restaurant

Gartenstadt Restaurant is a German restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves Schweinshaxe, mixed sausages, and strong draft beer. The Schweinshaxe is crisp outside and chewy inside, and comes with fried potatoes and pickled cabbage. It has operated since 1992 and separates smoking and non-smoking seating. Cigarette smoke is noticeable in the non-smoking section as well.
