Ebisu Udon

Ebisu Udon Senmonten is a Japanese restaurant in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, near Le Thanh Ton, serving udon along with sushi, rice bowls, and fried dishes. The udon noodles are chewy and springy, used in cold udon and in mentaiko cream and curry udon, with sashimi and sushi on the side. The shop is clean and draws many Japanese customers. Seasoning across the food runs on the strong side.
