Daramjwi Sanjang

Daram Squirrel Lodge is a Korean restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) and bone jjim. It offers a gamjatang set and dakbokkeumtang, and the spice level can be adjusted. It stays open late, turns on the air conditioning right away on the second-floor seating, and the staff speak Korean well. Kimchi stew comes as a side dish, and glass noodles can be added to the gamjatang.
