De Maris Ho Chi Minh Cong Hoa is a buffet inside the PICO PLAZA building on Cong Hoa in Bay Hien, Ho Chi Minh City, next to a Lotte Mart. It serves Korean, Japanese and other dishes, with stations for steak cooked to order, fruit, coffee, ice cream and bakery items. Orange juice is squeezed on the spot, and the food selection is broad. The made-to-order steak cannot be requested at a chosen doneness and is sometimes tough.
