CoCo Dining

CoCo Dining is a Michelin restaurant in District 3, Ho Chi Minh, serving a tasting menu along with steak and fish dishes. Before the meal, guests write their name on a train ticket, and the courses follow a journey from the north to Ho Chi Minh, presenting ingredients and food stories from each city. After entering, guests have a welcome drink at a bar on one side before the meal begins, and can add recommended wine and non-alcoholic pairings. A singer performs inside the venue.
