Bánh Mì A Phúc

Bánh Mì A Phúc is a street stall on Bùi Viện Walking Street in Bến Thành, Ho Chi Minh, selling bánh mì filled with grilled meat and egg. The baguette is crisp and holds grilled pork or beef, a fried egg, cucumber and vegetables. It opens from 1 p.m. to 4 a.m. and takes takeout orders. Cilantro comes by default, so you have to ask for it to be left out.
