ASA Bistro

ASA Bistro is a restaurant in the Park 1 building in the Landmark 81 area of Ho Chi Minh, serving Vietnamese food alongside brunch, burgers, and pasta. Its signature dish, stone pot pho, comes with a choice of meat and is served hot with a clear, rich broth. The noodles are added separately to keep them from getting soggy, and at lunch the food can take more than 30 minutes to arrive. Portions are on the small side.
