88Griddle is a Korean restaurant in Ho Chi Minh that serves grilled pork, beef, and seafood on a griddle. Staff grill the meat at the table, and set meals come with side dishes and stew. The seafood grill set is cooked in an oven and includes shrimp, crab, webfoot octopus, and eggplant, with private rooms and a large air-conditioned dining area. The lunch special chadol doenjang is boiled at the griddle, and dak bokkeum tang and budae jjigae are also on the menu.
