Han Cafe is a bus tour agency in Ho Chi Minh that books sleeping buses to Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. You can buy tickets at the office or through booking sites such as Vexere and Bookaway, and choose a lower or upper berth. Passengers collect their tickets 30 minutes before departure, then ride a large bus for about 30 minutes from the office before transferring to the sleeping bus, with the trip to Mui Ne taking 5 hours in some cases. Departures run more than an hour late than the booked time, and there are cases of waiting more than 2 hours for departure.
