Tiệm cà phê Xứ Nam Kỳ is an old-Saigon-style book cafe in Ho Chi Minh that serves coffee, drinks, and simple meals. You can read Vietnamese books while drinking coffee, and in the morning bún bò and bánh mì omelette are also served. The wide space extends to the second floor and is divided into an air-conditioned area for reading and working and an outdoor seating area with a large tree. At lunchtime it gets crowded, and the outdoor area without air conditioning is hot.
