The Cory Coffee & Bakery

The Cory Coffee & Bakery is a small coffee shop selling coffee, bread and desserts in an alley in Ho Chi Minh where the daily life of locals is visible. It serves souffle pancakes, waffles and creme brulee mocha, and each order is made from batter after ordering, taking about 20 minutes on average. Cats, dogs and fish can be seen, and there is seating on the first and second floors. The space is small, so it is hard for several people to sit together.
