Saigon Coffee Roastery is a Vietnamese drip coffee cafe on the second floor of a building in a shopping street that sells paintings, set back in an alley a short distance from District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. It focuses on hand-drip coffee with a smooth flavor. To reach it, turn right at the entrance filled with paintings and go up to the second floor, and the interior is air-conditioned. Because it sits deep in the alley, it is hard to find at first.
