Ken Coffee - Sai Gon is a small cafe in an alley in Ho Chi Minh's Japanese district, serving egg coffee, coconut coffee, and salt coffee. It offers a choice of Vietnamese or Italian beans, and the egg coffee is made with strong espresso topped with egg cream. In the morning the cafe is quiet with few people, and many guests come to work there. Because it sits inside an alley, the interior is on the dim side.
