Hue Cafe Roastery

Hue Cafe Roastery is a coffee cafe on Xuan Thuy Street in the Thao Dien area of Ho Chi Minh City. It serves salt coffee and coconut coffee, and the coconut coffee is made by blending coconut milk into a slush, topping it with coffee, and leaving bits of coconut flesh to chew. Egg coffee combines a soft egg foam with the bitterness of espresso. The seating area is small, so conversations at the next table carry over clearly.
