Há Cảo Kiều Ký is a bakery in Ho Chi Minh that sells dim sum and steamed buns. It serves shrimp ha gow, shrimp and pork wrapped in fried tofu skin, and steamed buns filled with black sesame, kim sa, and matcha. Most orders are takeout, and the steamed buns stay hot to the center when reheated. The shop has two or three tables, so seating is limited because takeout is the focus rather than eating in.
