Dulce de Saigon is a bakery in a small alley in Ho Chi Minh that sells cookies, croissants, and foreign-style brunch. Its signature dessert combines apple cinnamon with yogurt cream, alongside pistachio croissants, cinnamon rolls, and a range of drinks. The shop spans two floors and has air conditioning and ice water, and it receives many orders through Grab. Cheesecake and salted caramel chocolate cake are also sold.
