Cipherz Rooftop

Cipherz Rooftop is a rooftop cafe and small pub on the riverside of Hoang Sa Street in Ho Chi Minh, serving coffee and cocktails. It offers coconut coffee and fresh milk coffee, along with a cocktail menu. The rooftop has a DJ and vinyl mixing, and two dogs can be seen while looking out over the riverside. Drink prices are on the higher side.
