Bánh mì chấm Hung Tubes

Bánh mì chấm Hung Tubes is a small street-side shop selling bánh mì and sugarcane juice directly in front of the La Vela Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The bánh mì uses a baguette with a thick sauce, soft-boiled egg, charcoal-grilled meat, and pâté, and the bread is dipped in the sauce. Orders can be placed in English, and seating is on small chairs at the open-air seats in front and in the roofless inner courtyard, facing the main road. Around 8 p.m. the ingredients run out and orders close.
