Bâng Khuâng Café

Bang Kuang Cafe sits on the third floor of an apartment building behind the Saigon Opera House in Ho Chi Minh City, near the Vietnam Electricity company. It serves sua da and coffee, and at lunch it offers Vietnamese rice meals with white rice and hot soup. The old building has no cafe sign, and you have to climb the stairs to the Korean-style third floor, where the interior is decorated with antiques. There is no motorbike parking.
