Sky One

Sky One is a rooftop bar in Ho Chi Minh where guests drink on a building's rooftop and look out over the city. From the infinity pool, guests watch the sunset over the whole city and listen to music. The pizza margherita took one hour, and the two set menus took two hours. The food comes in small portions and is sometimes served cold.
