Sabotage Craft Beer is a small brewery bar in a back alley of Ho Chi Minh that serves house-made beer and simple snacks. Fruit-forward beers and IPAs make up the core of the lineup, alongside beef dishes and mussel dishes. The small space has noticeable interior decor and plays music at a volume that still allows conversation. Food is limited to simple items meant to accompany the beer, so it falls short as a full meal.
