Memento Saigon is a cocktail bar on the fourth floor of an apartment building on Ton That Dam in Ho Chi Minh City, reached by a staircase inside an alley. It serves drinks including house cocktails, a Mercedes mocktail, and Movie Night, and plays old jazz. The bar sits behind a bookshelf door, and the interior is quiet. Getting there requires climbing stairs from inside the alley up to the fourth floor, which makes access inconvenient.
