Le'Fê Rooftop Bar is a rooftop bar in Ho Chi Minh's Bui Vien Street that serves cocktails and beer. The menu is viewed by QR code and payment is made in advance, and arriving before 8 PM gets a 2+1 happy hour on cocktails. It sits on the top floor of a hotel building, reached by taking the elevator inside the ground-floor motorbike parking lot to the 7th floor and then climbing stairs. The space is not large, so street noise from the area is audible.
