House of Barbaard Bar

House of Barbaard - Bar (Ministry) is a bar inside the Sofitel Saigon Plaza in Ho Chi Minh, serving cocktails inspired by historical figures along with snacks such as tacos and charcuterie. The Einstein cocktail is taken from a science book, and the Marie Curie cocktail is mixed and drunk directly in a test tube. A barbershop at the back of a long hallway on the third floor offers haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. It is hidden behind an old wooden door, making it hard to find at first.
