CityOwls is a boutique in Hanoi's Old Quarter that sells handmade souvenirs and local art. It carries works by Vietnamese artists along with posters, postcards, stickers, and playing cards illustrated with motorbikes. Products are arranged with an eye for reducing reuse, and staff help with purchases. The shop is on the small side.
