VIET Restaurant Hang Da & Rooftop Bar serves Vietnamese food on the seventh floor of the JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The bun cha is grilled over direct heat and brought out hot, and the menu also includes beef pho and pineapple fried rice. The dining room has an open view of the kitchen and few seats, so a reservation is required. Portions are small, and one dish per person is not enough.
