Sushi Kuan

Sushi KUAN is a Japanese restaurant in Hanoi that serves sushi and sashimi. It sits in the Japanese street next to Lotte Tower Hanoi, and its main dishes are crispy fried items, tonkotsu ramen, and tendon. Many of the seats are in private rooms, and guests take off their shoes to enter some of them; the restrooms are kept clean. Because there are many similar Japanese restaurants nearby, diners tend to choose another place rather than return.
