Sumibozu Hanoi

Sumibozu is a yakitori restaurant in Hanoi run by a Japanese owner. It grills chicken thigh skewers, chicken skin, chicken wings, chicken gizzard, and tsukune over charcoal, and also serves ramen and katsu dishes. The owner grills the skewers himself and seasons the food salty to bring out the ingredients' flavor. Indoor smoking is allowed, so cigarette smoke and charcoal smoke are hard to avoid.
