Soonhee-Ga

Sunhee Ga is a Korean restaurant on the first floor of Golden Palace in Hanoi, serving charcoal-grilled ribs, eel, and gomtang. The menu includes charcoal-grilled pork ribs, galbi, naengmyeon, dumplings, kimchi jeon, and pajeon, with the meat grilled outside so no smoke reaches the table. Several banchan come with the meal, along with a basic soup of dried radish greens or doenjang soup. The food keeps its Korean preparation rather than being adapted to local tastes.
