Honggang Lotte Hotel Branch is a Chinese restaurant inside Lotte Hotel Hanoi, across from Tim Ho Wan. It serves jjamppong and jjajangmyeon with seafood, along with sticky rice sweet and sour pork, chili shrimp, and eohyang gaji. The lunch course comes in the order of soup, chili shrimp, sweet and sour pork, a rice or noodle dish, and fruit punch. The jjamppong is spicy enough to feel hotter than Shin Ramyun.
