Red Bean Central is a restaurant on the top floor of a Hanoi hotel, serving Vietnamese dishes and a hotel-style breakfast. The chef's set comes as a course of spring rolls, beef salad, salmon steak and dessert. At breakfast, omelettes and pho are cooked to order at separate stations, and yogurt, pudding and cake are kept in refrigerators below the food tables. Tables are visible as soon as you step off the elevator, and the space is large and comfortable.
