Ramen Haron

Ramen Haron is a Japanese ramen shop in an alley in Hanoi, serving tonkotsu along with Haron ramen, tsukemen, and yarou ramen. The broth concentration and salt level can be chosen, and noodle thickness differs by ramen, from thin to medium. On weekday lunches, rice with a meat topping is provided free and food comes out quickly. The tonkotsu retains a pork smell.
