Ragacy

Ragacy is a hanok-style cafe and bistro serving Korean dishes along with coffee and beer, set in an alley near West Lake in Hanoi. The menu includes beef bibimbap, tteokbokki, bibim noodles, black sesame latte, and an iced americano with acidity. The second and third floors are a private hair salon, and the cake menu may not be available early in the morning. The small alley in front of the entrance carries a lot of motorbike traffic, so it is not quiet.
