Oyama Ramen

Oyama Ramen is a Japanese ramen shop in Hanoi that serves miso ramen, tantanmen, and tsukemen. The miso ramen comes with a rich soup made from miso sauce, curly noodles, and a smoky char. Butadon and fried rice can be ordered alongside the ramen, in either large or small sizes. Japanese manga books are available at the shop, and the broth and food are heavily seasoned.
