Nem Chua Rán Thành Xăm is a small drinking spot at the entrance of an alley in Hanoi's Old Quarter, selling fried dishes and beer. Its main item is deep-fried fermented pork rolls served with beer. The shop sets up small tables and bath chairs out in the alley, and more fried-food stalls are gathered further inside. The inner part of the alley is narrow because motorbikes keep passing through.
