Hường Nga Bánh Mỳ

Hường Nga Bánh Mỳ is a bánh mì shop in an alley near Hanoi Cathedral in Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. It toasts thin bread until crisp and fills it with egg omelet, chicken, pork and vegetables. The bánh mì is reheated when ordered, and the cilantro is left out on request. Seating is on small plastic chairs beside the alley, with almost no decoration.
