Hủ tiếu - mỳ vằn thắn is a street stall across from Hang Da Market selling hủ tiếu, wonton noodles, and bánh cuốn. The wonton noodles come in a clear, mild broth made with shrimp heads, with wontons and char siu, and one or two shrimp depending on size. It opens only in the evening, and customers eat at low plastic tables on the street. Seating is cramped and hot.
